One of the biggest problems in a caravan is water supply for the needs of the cleaning and hygiene. There is generelly a requirement to 100 litres drinking water tank, 100 litres domestic water tank and 100 litres septic tank (gray water). Depending on the number of people in the caravan, the water need is calculated on the average of 25-30 litres/person (15 litres of shower, 5 litres of washing hands and face and toothbrushing, 10 litres of dishwashing), even though daily consumption varies.
Namely, 100 litres tank would be enough for a person during four days. Two people can use the water during two days in caravan. In order to extend these periods, you can carry more water by using our portable, foldable, flexible water tanks. The tanks are the practical storage system that can be folded when empty and can be stored anywhere in your vehicle. Before setting off, you can fill up your water tanks and carry them inside your caravan or in your car trunk. This will provide comfort to you throughout the camp. Thanks to its flexible structure, it absorbs the sloshing that hit the walls along the way. In toilet, human waste filling the waste water tank can be thrown out with a small engine. This usually takes place at the bottom or side of the caravan. It can be also be done when you stand somewhere so as not to contaminate land. It is useful to empty the waste tank every four days for cleaning.
Caravan flexible water tanks can be placed at the bottom, on the rear wheel , in the trunk, or any cupboard inside the caravan according to the design or the needs of daily use varying from person to person in the caravan.SANTAŞ
All the water used for dishes, vegetable/fruit wash or cooking in the caravan have to be stored in our flexible domestic water tanks. In other words, if the domestic water tanks are kept seperate from toilet/waste water tanks, toilet odors in the kitchen will be prevented. The caravans are constantly in motion. If the toilet and kitchen wastes are mixed together, it is possible to smell the toilet stink from the kitchen sink. In case that septic tanks are used with macerator pump, solid wastes are grinded up in the tank and converted into liquid form.
